Shooting Clinic (Grades 5th - 12th)

Lil Dribblers (Grades K - 1st)

A fun and engaging class for our youngest hoopers. We teach coordination, movement, and teamwork in a creative, age-appropriate format.

 

 

Skills and Drills (Grades 2nd - High School)

Footwork, defense, passing, shooting, and ball movement—this is where complete players are made. Sessions are divided by age and skill level for optimal learning.

 

 

Finishing (Grades 7th - 12th)

Score through contact, improve touch at the rim, and develop creative finishing moves. Designed for competitive players looking to dominate the paint.

 

 

Ball Handling (Grades 5th - 8th)

A.P.T. (Athletic Performance Training)

Athletic Performance Training (A.P.T.) enhances basketball players' strength, speed, agility, and flexibility, improving explosiveness and reaction time while incorporating injury prevention techniques for optimal performance throughout the season.

Plyometric training enhances overall athletic performance by focusing on key components essential for maximizing athletic potential: speed, agility, and conditioning. This class is specifically designed to improve these areas, helping athletes reach their fullest capabilities.
