  1. When will I be notified if my player made the team after tryouts?

    Players will receive notification within 24-72 hours after the tryout.

  2. Will all tryout participants be notified, regardless of selection?

    Yes, all participants will be informed, whether they were selected or not.

  3. If my child isn’t selected for one of your club teams, is there an alternative option?

    Yes, most players whom aren’t selected for the club team will receive an invite to participate in the AYBL select league as the alternative.

  4. How long do we have to accept the player invitation?

    There is a strict 24-hour acceptance policy to ensure parents have the information necessary for the next steps.

  5. How many players are selected for each team?

    We have a 10-player roster but invite 12 players; the first 10 to accept will comprise the team.

  6. Why invite 12 players but only accept 10?

    This process helps ensure that teams are formed in a timely manner.

  7. Are there A or B teams?

    No, we do not have A or B teams. We believe each academy player should be placed on the team that best supports their development.

  8. When will practice schedules be available?

    A tentative practice schedule will be included with your team invitation letter.

  9. How do teams communicate with each other?

    All families will receive a TeamSnap invite specific to their team.

  10. When will tournament or league schedules be provided?

    Tentative schedules will be uploaded to your TeamSnap within the first week.

  11. Is there a parent meeting prior to the season?

    Yes, a program-wide parent Zoom meeting will be held, and it will be listed as an event on your TeamSnap schedule.

  12. Do all teams travel?

    No, not all teams will travel. Additional information will be provided during the parent Zoom meeting.

  13. Do parents travel with players?

    Parents are expected to accompany players in 8th grade and under.

  14. Is travel covered in the team fee?

    No, travel expenses are not included in the team fee.

  15. How do we order uniforms?

    A link for uniform orders will be provided in your TeamSnap, with an order deadline date.

  16. Can parents order SWAG gear to show support?

    Absolutely! We have a team store where you can purchase swag gear.

  17. Can we stop payments if my child no longer wants to play?

    No, as previously mentioned, this is a seasonal financial commitment that must be honored.

  18. If I leave early and another player fills my spot, am I still responsible for the remaining balance?

    Yes, you remain financially responsible for the entire contract you agreed to.

  19. Can I pay the entire season's fee upfront?

    Yes, please inform us before accepting your offer letter, and we will adjust and send you a new offer letter.

  20. Can I pay with cash?

    Cash payments are accepted only for one-time payments.

  21. When will the monthly withdrawals occur?

    Aside from your initial payment, monthly withdrawals will occur on the 1st of each month.
